Matthias Grolier is an associate in the Morgan Lewis's Business and Finance Practice. Mr. Grolier advises clients on corporate and commercial law issues involving mergers and acquisitions operations, private equity, and restructuring transactions. He has advised French and international corporations in many domestic and cross-border deals such as acquisitions, spin-offs, mergers, financing agreements, restructuring operations, and commercial law negotiations. Recently, Mr. Grolier has been active in the energy sectors.
Prior to joining Morgan Lewis, Mr. Grolier practiced in the Paris office of an international law firm.
Mr. Grolier earned his Mastère in international law and management from H.E.C.–Business School in 2005, his D.E.S.S.-DJCE in business law from the Université de Paris II Panthéon-Assas in 2004, his Certificat de spécialité DJCE from the Université de Paris II Panthéon-Assas in 2004, and his Maîtrise in business and tax law from the Université de Paris II Panthéon-Assas in 2003. He is fluent in French and English.
