Deborah W. Frey is an associate in Morgan Lewis's Litigation Practice. Ms. Frey concentrates her practice in business, commercial, and securities litigation. She has participated in a broad range of complex disputes, including white collar criminal matters, insider trading, internal investigations, SEC investigations, insurance coverage disputes, and breach of contract matters.
Prior to joining Morgan Lewis, Ms. Frey was a litigation associate at a large international law firm in New York.
Ms. Frey received her J.D., cum laude, from American University, Washington College of Law in 2004, where she was a staff editor of the American University Law Review and a co-chair of the Alvina Reckman Myers Moot Court Competition. She received her B.A. in history from Northwestern University in 1998, where she was a member of the Kellogg Graduate School of Management Undergraduate Leadership Program.
Ms. Frey is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania, New York, and New Jersey and before the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania, the U.S. District Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York, and the U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey.
