Joseph "Beau" J. Yanoshik is an associate in Morgan Lewis's Investment Management and Securities Industry Practice. Mr. Yanoshik focuses his practice on the regulation of investment companies and investment advisers.
Mr. Yanoshik received his J.D. from the University of Pennsylvania Law School in 2006, where he was a senior editor for the University of Pennsylvania Journal of International Economic Law. Mr. Yanoshik received his Certificate in Business and Public Policy from the University of Pennsylvania, Wharton School of Business in 2006. Prior to law school, Mr. Yanoshik worked for a national consulting firm offering services in economics, finance, and business analytics. He received his B.A., with distinction, in economics and his B.S., with distinction, in marketing from the Pennsylvania State University in 2002.
