Jeremy P. Blumenfeld is a partner in Morgan Lewis's Labor and Employment Practice and a member of the ERISA Litigation Practice. Mr. Blumenfeld's practice covers the full range of employee benefit defense litigation matters, including numerous ERISA class actions. He has experience defending class action claims challenging the administration of 401(k) savings plans, cash balance and other defined benefit plans and ESOPs, and traditional pension and severance pay plans.
Mr. Blumenfeld has spoken on benefits topics and ERISA litigation before a variety of audiences.
