Judith A. Walkoff is a partner-elect in Morgan Lewis's Business and Finance Practice and also leads the firm's Environmental Transactions Practice.

Ms. Walkoff represents clients, such as private equity firms and publicly and privately held corporations and financial institutions, with respect to environmental issues that arise in the context of U.S. and cross-border M&A, financing and real estate transactions.

Her practice focuses on conducting and coordinating environmental due diligence assessments, counseling clients on transaction-related risks and risk allocation strategies, drafting and negotiating risk-allocation agreements, and assisting clients in post-transaction management of environmental liabilities. Ms. Walkoff also represents clients in federal and state Superfund actions and counsels clients with respect to compliance with all major federal and state environmental laws.

Ms. Walkoff received her J.D. from George Washington University, National Law Center in 1990 and her B.S. from the University of Vermont in 1984.

Ms. Walkoff is admitted to practice in New York, Connecticut, the District of Columbia, and Florida.
