James W. McKenzie, Jr. is a partner in Morgan Lewis's Business Transactions Practice. He advises clients on a wide range of securities and corporate law matters, particularly public offerings and mergers and acquisitions.
Mr. McKenzie's practice includes a variety of transactions subject to the securities laws, principally involving acquisitions of publicly and privately held companies, public and private offerings of debt and equity securities, general counseling to corporate clients concerning obligations under the securities laws, and general corporate matters.
Mr. McKenzie was recently named "Dealmaker" and Lead Issuer-side Counsel for IPOs by The American Lawyer.
