Brian K. Yoo

Associate

Brian K. Yoo is an associate in Morgan Lewis’s Business and Finance Practice. The lawyers in our Business and Finance Practice focus on mergers and acquisitions (including joint ventures, spin-offs, and strategic alliances), finance and restructuring, securities (including public and private equity and debt offerings), and tax. Clients range from Fortune 500 companies to investment banks to emerging market companies.

Prior to joining Morgan Lewis, Mr. Yoo was a finance associate in the Boston office of an international law firm, where he focused on complex credit transactions.

Mr. Yoo earned his J.D. from Boston University School of Law in 2007, where he was a member of the International Law Journal and a member and 1L representative of the International Law Society. He received his B.A. from Northwestern University in 2004. Mr. Yoo is conversational in Korean and fluent in English.

Mr. Yoo is admitted to practice in Massachusetts.
