Monique E. Cho is an associate in Morgan Lewis's Litigation Practice. Ms. Cho focuses her practice on complex commercial litigation matters, including environmental defense and tort litigation. Recently, she assisted in representation of an oil industry client, which resulted in the dismissal of all claims at the pleading stage in a series of toxic tort cases pending in the Los Angeles Superior Court.
Ms. Cho received her J.D. from Harvard Law School in 2007. She received her B.A. in political science and psychology from Stanford University in 2003.
Ms. Cho is admitted to practice in California and before the U.S. District Court for the Central District of California and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit.
