Alexis M. Thomas is an associate in Morgan Lewis's Labor and Employment Practice. Attorneys in this practice regularly advise clients on virtually every type of labor and employment issue, from international counseling to management relations and labor disputes. Attorneys include the former chair of the Labor and Employment Law Section of the American Bar Association, fellows in the College of Labor and Employment Lawyers, and partners recognized for professional excellence in The Best Lawyers in America.
Prior to joining Morgan Lewis, Ms. Thomas clerked for Judge John M. Mott of the Superior Court for the District of Columbia. She received her J.D. from Georgetown University Law Center in 2004, where she was a member of the Journal of Legal Ethics and the Task Force for Diversity. She received her B.A. in political science and African-American studies from Duke University in 2000.
