Daniele J. Capasso is an associate in Morgan Lewis's Healthcare Practice. Mr. Capasso's practice focuses primarily on matters relating to healthcare regulation, compliance, and enforcement issues. He assists in the representation of healthcare providers, pharmaceutical companies, and medical device manufacturers on matters relating to fraud and abuse, the False Claims Act, Stark Law and anti-kickback statutes, and internal investigations. Mr. Capasso also has experience in white collar criminal defense, corporate integrity agreements, and deferred prosecution agreements in the healthcare context.

Prior to joining Morgan Lewis, Mr. Capasso was an associate for a national law firm. Mr. Capasso also served two terms as a judicial law clerk for Judge Tonianne J. Bongiovanni of the U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey.

Mr. Capasso earned his J.D. from Rutgers University School of Law, Camden in 2006, where he was the recipient of the 2006 Achievement Award in Legal Writing. Prior to attending law school, Mr. Capasso worked in marketing and public affairs for New York University Medical Center. He received his B.A. in philosophy from Columbia College of Columbia University in 2000.

Mr. Capasso is admitted to practice in the District of Columbia and New Jersey and before the U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey.
