Salvatore Picariello is an associate in Morgan Lewis's Labor and Employment Practice. Mr. Picariello focuses his practice on business and complex commercial disputes, corporate transactional disputes, business fraud, and class action litigation in federal and state courts.
Prior to joining Morgan Lewis, Mr. Picariello served as a judicial law clerk for Judge Garrett E. Brown, Jr. of the U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey from 1995 to 1997 and as a judicial law clerk for Judge Robert E. Cowen of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit from 1997 to 1998.
Mr. Picariello received his J.D., cum laude, from Seton Hall University School of Law in 1995, where he was the articles editor for the Seton Hall Law Review. Before and during law school, Mr. Picariello was an investigator for the Occupational Safety and Health Administration. Mr. Picariello received his M.A. in political science from San Diego State University in 1989 and his A.B. in political science from Occidental College in 1987.
Mr. Picariello is admitted to practice in California and New Jersey.
