Dana M. Nicoletti is an associate in Morgan Lewis's Intellectual Property Practice. Ms. Nicoletti focuses her practice on intellectual property matters including U.S. and international trademark prosecution and litigation, copyright infringement, and transactional and litigation matters involving technology and the Internet. She also handles IP matters related to M&A transactions, licensing, and franchising.

Prior to joining Morgan Lewis, Ms. Nicoletti was a trademark/copyright student associate and law clerk at a Washington, D.C. intellectual property law firm.

Ms. Nicoletti is active in the International Trademark Association, currently as a member of the Academic Committee and previously as a Student Ambassador.

Ms. Nicoletti earned her J.D. from American University, Washington College of Law in 2011, where she was the editor-in-chief of the American University Intellectual Property Brief. She received her B.A., cum laude, in political science and criminology from the University of Florida in 2005.
