Pooja Agarwal is an associate in Morgan Lewis's Business and Finance Practice. The lawyers in our Business and Finance Practice focus on mergers and acquisitions (including joint ventures, spin-offs, and strategic alliances), finance and restructuring, securities (including public and private equity and debt offerings), and tax. Clients range from Fortune 500 companies to investment banks to emerging market companies.

Prior to joining Morgan Lewis, Ms. Agarwal was an associate in the corporate practice group in the New York office of a prominent East Coast law firm. She also spent one year as a pro bono fellow at the Hebrew Immigrant Aid Society (HIAS) in Philadelphia.

Ms. Agarwal received her J.D. from Brooklyn Law School in 2008. She also earned a certificate of study in international comparative business law from Bucerius Law School, Germany in 2007. While in law school, she was a member of the Dean's List and an associate managing editor for the Brooklyn Journal of International Law. Prior to attending law school, Ms. Agarwal was a financial analyst at the Columbia Investment Management Company, LLC, the entity that manages the $6.5 billion endowment of Columbia University. Ms. Agarwal earned her B.A. in economics and philosophy from Columbia University in 2002. She is fluent in Hindi and Spanish.
