Maria Ross

Maria Ross is of counsel in Morgan Lewis's Business and Finance Practice. Ms. Ross focuses her practice on corporate and securities law, with an emphasis on debt financing transactions.

Ms. Ross has represented energy companies in a wide range of public and private securities offerings. These transactions have involved a variety of securities such as first mortgage bonds, debentures, tax-exempt bonds, collateral trust bonds, trust preferred securities, and equity units. She has experience drafting secured and unsecured, subordinated, and collateral trust indentures.

Prior to joining Morgan Lewis, Ms. Ross was special counsel at a national law firm. She received her J.D. from Harvard Law School in 1986 and her M.A. from Warsaw University, Poland in 1979. Ms. Ross is fluent in Polish and English.

Ms. Ross is admitted to practice in New York and Connecticut.
