Blair J. Robinson is a partner in Morgan Lewis's Labor and Employment Practice. Mr. Robinson's federal and state court litigation practice focuses on the representation of employers in employment discrimination class actions and state and federal wage and hour cases. He has represented employers in such actions across the country in the entertainment, retail, and pharmaceutical industries. Mr. Robinson also represents employers in the full spectrum of labor and employment law matters, such as single-plaintiff discrimination and Sarbanes-Oxley litigation.
In addition to his litigation practice, Mr. Robinson routinely counsels employers on diversity initiatives and a variety of day-to-day employment issues. He also has conducted comprehensive, internal statistical and policy audits designed to assess risk and aid in the avoidance of class action and single-plaintiff litigation.
Mr. Robinson received his J.D. from Syracuse University College of Law in 2004 and his B.A. from Virginia Polytechnic Institute in 2000. He is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania and New Jersey.
