Thomas E. Reinert, Jr. is a partner in Morgan Lewis's Labor and Employment Practice. Mr. Reinert’s practice focuses on labor and employment litigation, and counseling and representation in collective bargaining matters. Mr. Reinert has represented a variety of corporate and public employers, including energy and telecommunications companies, manufacturers, software developers, school systems and federal agencies.

Mr. Reinert's airline and railroad industry background under the Railway Labor Act includes the representation of major carriers before the federal courts, National Mediation Board and the adjustment boards. His employment litigation background extends to included race and age discrimination litigation, whistleblower cases, duty-to-hire cases and covenant-not-to-compete litigation.

Mr. Reinert is admitted to practice in the District of Columbia and before the U.S. Supreme Court and the U.S. Courts of Appeals for the District of Columbia, First, Second, Third, Fourth and Sixth Circuits.

He is a guest member of the Conference of Airline and Railroad Labor Lawyers (CORRALL) and has lectured as a faculty member of the ALI-ABA Airline and Railroad Labor Law Conference. He holds administrative responsibilities with the firm as the Conflicts and Professional Responsibility partner for the Washington office.
