Melina R. Forte is an associate in Morgan Lewis's Litigation Practice. The lawyers in our Litigation Practice provide services in a wide range of areas including business and corporate disputes, corporate investigations and criminal defense, environmental, international arbitration, patent and trademark, securities, toxic tort, and product liability.

Prior to joining Morgan Lewis, Ms. Forte clerked for Judge Norma L. Shapiro of the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania.

Ms. Forte earned her J.D., magna cum laude, from Villanova University School of Law in 2010, where she was named to the Order of the Coif and served as executive editor for the Villanova Law Review. While in law school, she served as a legal extern for Judge Marjorie O. Rendell of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit and as a teaching assistant for a first-year legal writing course. Ms. Forte received her B.A., summa cum laude, in history and philosophy from the University of Pittsburgh, where she was a member of the William Pitt Debating Union, an intercollegiate policy debate team.

Ms. Forte is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania.
