Karsten Emmermann is an associate in Morgan Lewis's Business and Finance Practice. The lawyers in our Business and Finance Practice focus on mergers and acquisitions (including joint ventures, spin-offs, and strategic alliances), finance and restructuring, securities (including public and private equity and debt offerings), and tax. Clients range from Fortune 500 companies to investment banks to emerging market companies.
Mr. Emmermann received his LL.M. from King's College London in 2006 and his DR.JUR. with a specific focus on business and European community competition law from the University of Vienna, Austria in 2005. He passed his second state exam at Düsseldorf in 2004 and his first state exam at the University of Freiburg in 2002. Mr. Emmermann is fluent in German and English.
