Lincoln O. Bisbee is an associate in Morgan Lewis’s Labor and Employment Practice. Mr. Bisbee represents employers in a broad array of labor and employment law matters, including matters before federal and state trial courts and administrative agencies. He has handled wage and hour class and collective actions and has litigated employment discrimination and retaliation cases. Mr. Bisbee has also represented clients in labor law matters in federal court and in administrative proceedings before the National Labor Relations Board.

Prior to rejoining Morgan Lewis, Mr. Bisbee clerked for Judge Benson Everett Legg of the U.S. District Court for the District of Maryland. Mr. Bisbee previously worked for Morgan Lewis from 2007 to 2008.

Mr. Bisbee earned his J.D. from the University of Virginia School of Law in 2007, where he was on the senior editorial board of the Journal of Law and Politics and a quarterfinalist in the William Minor Lile Moot Court Competition. Mr. Bisbee earned his B.A., magna cum laude, in political science and speech communication from Miami University in 2004, where he graduated Phi Beta Kappa.

Mr. Bisbee is admitted to practice in the District of Columbia and Massachusetts.
