Lincoln O. Bisbee is an associate in Morgan Lewis’s Labor and Employment Practice. Attorneys in this practice regularly advise clients on virtually every type of labor and employment issue, from international counseling to management relations and labor disputes. Attorneys include the former chair of the Labor and Employment Law Section of the American Bar Association, fellows in the College of Labor and Employment Lawyers, and partners recognized for professional excellence in The Best Lawyers in America.
Mr. Bisbee received his J.D. from the University of Virginia School of Law in 2007, where he served on the senior editorial board of the Journal of Law & Politics and was a quarterfinalist in the William Minor Lile Moot Court Competition. While in law school, he worked as a summer law intern with the civil division of the U.S. Attorney’s Office. Mr. Bisbee received his B.A., magna cum laude, in political science and speech communication from Miami University in 2004, where he graduated Phi Beta Kappa.
