Predrag Maksimovic is an associate in Morgan Lewis's Business and Finance Practice. The lawyers in our Business and Finance Practice focus on mergers and acquisitions (including joint ventures, spin-offs, and strategic alliances), finance and restructuring, securities (including public and private equity and debt offerings), and tax. Clients range from Fortune 500 companies to investment banks to emerging market companies.
Prior to joining Morgan Lewis, Dr. Maksimovic worked for a large auditing company in Düsseldorf, Germany.
Dr. Maksimovic received his Ph.D. from the University of Freiburg in 2006. He passed his second state exam in Düsseldorf in 2003 and his first state exam at the University of Freiburg in 2001. Dr. Maksimovic studied law at the University of Freiburg, with a focus on commercial and corporate law, and he served as a law clerk from 2001 to 2003 in North Rhine-Westphalia. Dr. Maksimovic is fluent in German, English, Serbian, Bosnian, and Croatian.
