Erin J. Hendrix is an associate in Morgan Lewis's Labor and Employment Practice. Ms. Hendrix focuses her practice on a variety of employment matters, including the representation of employers in employment discrimination class actions and multi-plaintiff litigation, occupational safety and health matters, disability, sex, age, and race single-plaintiff discrimination claims, wrongful discharge claims, noncompete matters, and various other labor-related matters.
Prior to joining Morgan Lewis Ms. Hendrix participated in the firm's Public Interest Fellowship Program working in the Office of the Wayne County Prosecutor, Preliminary Exam and Trial Divisions.
Ms. Hendrix earned her J.D. from George Washington University Law School in 2009, where she actively participated in several student organizations, represented pro bono clients through the Public Justice Advocacy Clinic, and participated in The Robert F. Wagner Labor and Employment Moot Court Competition, receiving a Best Brief Award with her moot court partner. She earned her B.A. in political science from the University of Michigan in 2004.
Ms. Hendrix is admitted to practice in Illinois and Michigan and before the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Michigan.
