David R. Brenneman is an associate in Morgan Lewis's Antitrust Practice. Mr. Brenneman represents clients in a wide range of antitrust matters, with a focus on mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures, and civil antitrust litigation. He has experience in every aspect of the merger process, including premerger notification under the Hart-Scott-Rodino (HSR) Act, international merger control, merger investigations, Second Requests, and compliance with consent orders.

Mr. Brenneman has represented clients before the Federal Trade Commission and the Department of Justice, prepared dozens of HSR filings, and coordinated competition filings around the world for multimillion- and billion-dollar transactions. He has represented clients in significant antitrust matters in the pharmaceutical, chemical, retail, and financial services industries, among others.

Mr. Brenneman earned his J.D. from Georgetown University Law Center in 2008 and his B.A. from the University of Maryland, College Park in 2005.

Mr. Brenneman is admitted to practice in the District of Columbia and New York.
