J. Kyle Poe

J. Kyle Poe is an associate in Morgan Lewis's Litigation Practice. Mr. Poe focuses his practice on complex commercial disputes, including product-liability, toxic-tort, and oil-and-gas litigation; real estate; and internal corporate investigations. He also maintains an active pro bono practice, representing juvenile clients in immigration court and in related state-court proceedings.

Prior to joining Morgan Lewis, Mr. Poe served as a law clerk to Justice Elsa Alcala of the Texas First Court of Appeals.

Mr. Poe received his J.D. from Harvard Law School in 2010 and his B.A. in economics from the University of Texas at Austin in 2005.

Mr. Poe is admitted to practice in Texas.
