Marianne Hogan is an associate in Morgan Lewis's Labor and Employment Practice. Ms. Hogan's practice focuses on defending corporate clients in complex employment litigation and ERISA matters, including class litigation, in federal and state courts. Ms. Hogan's practice also includes conducting independent investigations regarding alleged code of conduct violations and workplace harassment claims. She also provides federal contractor compliance counseling, including affirmative action matters and OFCCP audit defense. Ms. Hogan also counsels clients regarding a variety of federal and state employment laws and on employee benefit issues associated with healthcare reform.

Prior to joining Morgan Lewis, Ms. Hogan served as a law clerk to Judge Gustavo A. Gelpí of the U.S. District Court for the District of Puerto Rico.

Ms. Hogan received her J.D., magna cum laude, from Suffolk University Law School in 2006. While in law school, she served as an articles editor for the Suffolk University Law Review and as president of the Student Animal Legal Defense Fund. Prior to attending law school, Ms. Hogan worked as a paralegal at Morgan Lewis. Ms. Hogan received her B.A. in political science and Spanish from the University of Colorado-Boulder in 2001.

Ms. Hogan is admitted to practice in the District of Columbia and Massachusetts and before the U.S. Court of Appeals for the First Circuit and the U.S. District Court for the District of Puerto Rico.
