Amber L. Kagan is a partner in Morgan Lewis's Labor and Employment Practice. Ms. Kagan counsels and represents employers in the full spectrum of labor and employment law matters, including employment litigation, labor and employment counseling, and sexual harassment prevention training.
Ms. Kagan has litigated nationwide class actions, single plaintiff discrimination cases and wrongful discharge, retaliation, and breach of contract claims in federal, state and administrative forums. She has also engaged in the mediation and arbitration of employment claims, both in the traditional labor and employment contexts.
Ms. Kagan is part of a team of lawyers who provide corporate harassment prevention training for clients, and she renders legal advice regarding all facets of the employment relationship, including general human resources issues, wage and hour issues, termination decisions, affirmative action obligations, and compliance with federal, state and local laws and regulations governing the workplace.
