Anne E. Martinez is an associate in Morgan Lewis's Labor and Employment Practice. Attorneys in this practice regularly advise clients on virtually every type of labor and employment issue, from international counseling to management relations and labor disputes. Attorneys include the former chair of the Labor and Employment Law Section of the American Bar Association and fellows in the College of Labor and Employment Lawyers.
Ms. Martinez earned her J.D. in 2005 from the University of Pennsylvania Law School, as well as a certificate of study from the Wharton School in business and public policy. While there, she received the James Wilson Fellowship in corporate law and was the Editor-in-Chief of the Journal of Labor and Employment Law. She earned her B.S. in Industrial and Labor Relations from Cornell University in 2002.
