Anastasia J. Caviris is an associate in Morgan Lewis’s Business and Finance Practice. Ms. Caviris's finance practice concentrates on complex financing transactions, including domestic and international senior secured and unsecured financing transactions, subordinated and second lien financing transactions, asset-based financing transactions, debtor-in-possession financing transactions, exit financing transactions, acquisition financing transactions, and workouts and restructurings. Ms. Caviris serves a diverse client base, including lending and financial institutions, investment funds, and borrowers.
Prior to joining Morgan Lewis, Ms. Caviris was a finance associate in the Boston office of an international law firm.
Ms. Caviris earned her J.D. from the University of Washington School of Law in 2001, her M.A. from Harvard University in 1998, and her B.A. from the University of Michigan in 1992.
Ms. Caviris is admitted to practice in Massachusetts and New York and before the U.S. District Court for the District of Massachusetts.
