Laurenz Littmann is an associate in Morgan Lewis's Business and Finance Practice. Mr. Littmann focuses his practice on mergers and acquisitions, private equity, and corporate law.
Prior to joining Morgan Lewis, Mr. Littmann served his legal clerkship at the District Court in Frankfurt am Main with a focus on business law. During his training period, he worked in the New York offices of Morgan Lewis and in a reputable British-German law firm.
Mr. Littmann studied law at the University of Giessen. He passed the first legal state exam in 1999 in Giessen and the second legal state exam in 2003 in Frankfurt am Main. He received his DR.JUR. in competition law from the University of Giessen in 2002. Mr. Littmann is fluent in German, English, and Spanish.
