Thomas Matthew Goodwin

Thomas Matthew Goodwin is an associate in Morgan Lewis's Business and Finance Practice. Mr. Goodwin's practice focuses on advising emerging growth companies and life sciences companies in connection with financings, including structured financings, and mergers and acquisitions.

Prior to joining Morgan Lewis, Mr. Goodwin performed structured finance and general corporate work in Chicago. He earned his J.D., magna cum laude, from Indiana University School of Law in 2002, where he was named to the Order of the Coif. While in law school, he served as managing editor for the Indiana Law Journal. Mr. Goodwin earned his B.A., with highest honors, from the University of Michigan in 1999.

Mr. Goodwin is admitted to practice in New Jersey and Illinois.
