Eric J. Hoffman is an associate in Morgan Lewis's Labor and Employment Practice. Attorneys in this practice regularly advise clients on virtually every type of labor and employment issue, from international counseling to management relations and labor disputes. Attorneys include the former chair of the Labor and Employment Law Section of the American Bar Association and fellows in the College of Labor and Employment Lawyers.

Prior to joining Morgan Lewis, Mr. Hoffman served as a law clerk for Judge Louis Sherman and Judge Norman Thomas of the Fourth Judicial Circuit Court of Virginia.

Mr. Hoffman earned his J.D. from Washington and Lee University School of Law in 2010, where he served as Student Body President. While in law school, he was heavily involved in the school's moot court program, receiving first place in the Robert J. Grey, Jr. Negotiations Competition and the Washington and Lee Law Client Counseling Competition. Mr. Hoffman was also awarded the Calhoun Bond University Service Award by the School of Law faculty. He received his B.S. in urban and regional studies from Cornell University in 2007.

Mr. Hoffman is admitted to practice in Texas and before the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Texas.
