Caren P. Yeamans is an associate in Morgan Lewis's Business and Finance Practice. Ms. Yeamans focuses her practice on assisting clients with general corporate and transactional matters, including distribution, licensing, and service agreements.

Ms. Yeamans counsels clients on business and technology transactions, including strategic alliances, joint ventures, mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures, as well as information technology outsourcing (ITO) and business process outsourcing (BPO). Recently, Ms. Yeamans assisted with a BPO transaction for a leading global pharmaceutical company and an ITO transaction for a large regional utility company.

Prior to joining Morgan Lewis, Ms. Yeamans was an associate in the business practice group in the Philadelphia office of a prominent East Coast law firm. In 2002, she earned her J.D. from Rutgers University School of Law and her M.B.A., cum laude, with concentrations in finance, e-commerce, and law, from Rutgers University School of Business. She received her B.S. in economics with a concentration in entrepreneurial management from the University of Pennsylvania, Wharton School of Business in 1997.

Ms. Yeamans is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania and New Jersey.
