Larry L. Turner is a partner in Morgan Lewis's Labor and Employment Practice and vice chair of the firm's Diversity Committee. Mr. Turner's practice focuses on labor and employment litigation, including cases involving discrimination, wrongful termination, FLSA issues, restrictive covenants, and trade secrets. He has worked extensively with pharmaceutical companies and financial institutions. Mr. Turner has tried cases to verdict in state and federal courts involving employment litigation, as well as commercial litigation and cases involving catastrophic personal injuries. He is a frequent speaker on litigation-related topics, including electronic discovery and the effective use of financial and economic experts.
Mr. Turner is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania and before the U.S. Supreme Court, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit, and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit, as well as all state and federal courts in Pennsylvania.
