Kevin M. Donovan

Kevin M. Donovan is a partner in Morgan Lewis's Litigation Practice and Chair of the firm's Pro Bono Committee. Mr. Donovan's practice focuses on mass consolidated tort litigation, complex litigation, class action litigation, and national serial litigation. He has handled numerous cases focused on theories of product liability, toxic tort liability, and intentional tort liability (including cases that involve claims of conspiracy, violation of the RICO statute, and intentional tort exceptions to the workers' compensation bar). Mr. Donovan also has experience in responding to state and federal government investigations focusing on product issues.

Mr. Donovan is an experienced trial lawyer. His trials include a number of multiweek asbestos property damage trials, appearances as punitive damages counsel in multiweek toxic tort cases, and litigation involving allegations of corporate conduct in violation of federal regulations. He has had extensive experience in challenging and seeking the exclusion of improper expert opinion testimony, and he has pressed such issues in litigation across the country. He also has significant appellate experience in both state and federal courts.

Mr. Donovan is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania.
