TransForce Inc., the leader in the Canadian transportation and logistics industry, has entered into a definitive agreement and plan of merger to acquire all of the outstanding shares of Dynamex Inc. for a purchase price of $25.00 per share, in cash, representing a total purchase price of approximately US $248 Million.

Today, United Business Media Limited (UBM) announced that it will acquire Canon Communications LLC for $287 million. Morgan Lewis advised UBM on the transaction.
