John D. Zele is a partner in Morgan Lewis's Intellectual Property Practice. Mr. Zele’s practice focuses on patent and technology issues. Mr. Zele has counseled clients regarding all aspects of U.S. and foreign intellectual property law. He has a significant background in patent procurement, appeals, counseling, licensing and diligence issues. Mr. Zele has also represented several clients in patent infringement cases before U.S. district courts.
Mr. Zele, a former patent examiner with the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office, has an extensive background in semiconductor, computer and communications technologies, as well as other electrical and mechanical arts.
Mr. Zele is admitted to practice in the District of Columbia and Virginia and before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office.
