Christine T. Ulrich is an associate in Morgan Lewis's Business and Finance Practice. The lawyers in our Business and Finance Practice focus on mergers and acquisitions (including joint ventures, spin-offs, and strategic alliances), finance and restructuring, securities (including public and private equity and debt offerings), and tax. Clients range from Fortune 500 companies to investment banks to emerging market companies.

Ms. Ulrich received her J.D. from the College of William & Mary, Marshall-Wythe School of Law in 2006, where she was named to the Order of the Coif, was an executive editor of the William and Mary Law Review, and was a recipient of an Ann C. and Harvey R. Chappell Fellows Program scholarship. Ms. Ulrich received her B.A. in history and political science from the University of North Carolina in 2001.

Ms. Ulrich is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania and New Jersey.
