Jason H. Wilson is an associate in Morgan Lewis’s Litigation Practice. Mr. Wilson represents clients in securities and environmental litigation, internal corporate investigations, and other complex commercial disputes. He has been involved in several high-profile litigations, including a large number of significant class actions, and has represented numerous Fortune 500 corporations and financial institutions.
Prior to joining Morgan Lewis, Mr. Wilson worked for three years in the litigation department of a large New York law firm. Prior to that, Mr. Wilson served as a law clerk to Judge William H. Walls of the U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey.
Mr. Wilson received his J.D. from Columbia University Law School in 2004, where he was named a Harlan Fisk Stone Scholar. While in law school, Mr. Wilson was editor-in-chief for the Columbia Journal of Environmental Law and was awarded the Alfred S. Forsyth Prize, presented annually to the student demonstrating the qualities of intellect and selfless dedication to the advancement of environmental law. He received his B.A. in history, with a concentration in environmental science, from Williams College in 1999.
Mr. Wilson is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania, New York, and New Jersey and before the U.S. District Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York and the District of New Jersey.
