Lindsay B. Jackson is an associate in Morgan Lewis's Labor and Employment Practice and a member of the Employee Benefits and Executive Compensation Practice. Ms. Jackson provides advice and counseling to clients on all aspects of employee benefits and compensation, including compliance with ERISA and the Internal Revenue Code.
Ms. Jackson focuses her practice on qualified defined contribution and defined benefit plan design, drafting, compliance, and day-to-day administration in both the single and multiemployer contexts. She has experience working with clients to correct compliance issues under the IRS and Department of Labor correction programs. Ms. Jackson also assists clients with health and welfare plan issues, including plan drafting and administration.
Prior to joining Morgan Lewis, Ms. Jackson was an associate in the employee benefits practice of a national law firm.
Ms. Jackson received her J.D. from Georgetown University Law Center in 2007, where she was articles editor for the Georgetown Journal of Law and Public Policy and interned at a law firm in Heidelberg, Germany. Prior to attending law school, Ms. Jackson managed the technical documentation for the EMEA division of a first-in-class mapping software company. She received her B.A. in history from Haverford College in 1999.
Ms. Jackson is admitted to practice in the District of Columbia and Pennsylvania.
