Beth L. Hughes

Beth L. Hughes is an associate in Morgan Lewis's Litigation Practice. Ms. Hughes focuses her practice on complex mass tort, toxic tort, and personal injury litigation. She has defended major industrial and petrochemical companies in occupational exposure and wrongful death cases.

Prior to joining Morgan Lewis, Ms. Hughes was an associate at an international law firm. She represented various premises owners and chemical and refining companies in toxic tort litigation, including claims of exposure to asbestos and silica.

Ms. Hughes received her J.D. from the University of Notre Dame Law School in 2001 and her B.A., cum laude, in philosophy from the University of Georgia in 1998.

Ms. Hughes is admitted to practice in New York and Texas.
