Lisa R. Askowitz is an associate in Morgan Lewis's Labor and Employment Practice. Ms. Askowitz’s practice focuses on defending employers at the administrative, trial and appellate levels in the full spectrum of employment and labor litigation, including sexual harassment, discrimination, workers’ compensation and overtime issues.
Ms. Askowitz also counsels and trains companies on issues such as diversity in the workplace and preventing discrimination and harassment; conducts employment practices audits; conducts internal investigations of employee complaints; and drafts employment policies and manuals, drug testing programs, separation agreements and releases, and overtime pay agreements.
