Elizabeth R. Khoury is an associate in Morgan Lewis's Business and Finance Practice. The lawyers in our Business and Finance Practice focus on mergers and acquisitions (including joint ventures, spin-offs, and strategic alliances), finance and restructuring, securities (including public and private equity and debt offerings), and tax. Clients range from Fortune 500 companies to investment banks to emerging market companies.
Prior to joining Morgan Lewis, Ms. Khoury was a corporate associate in the Boston office of a prominent law firm.
Ms. Khoury earned her M.H.A. in 2007 from the University of Iowa and her J.D., with honors and distinction, from the University of Iowa College of Law in 2006, where she served as the administrative editor for the Iowa Law Review. She earned her B.A. from the University of Texas at Austin in 2002.
Ms. Khoury is admitted to practice in Massachusetts and New York.
