Justin H. Wertman is a partner in Morgan Lewis's Business and Finance Practice. His practice focuses on secured and unsecured credit facilities, leveraged buy-outs and other acquisition financings, asset-based loans, cash flow loans, first lien and second lien financings, mezzanine and subordinated financings, film financings and other project financings, private placements, refinancings, workouts, restructurings, and other finance matters.
Mr. Wertman has an extensive background with private equity sponsors and their portfolio companies, representing them in both domestic and multijurisdictional leveraged acquisitions. His practice also includes financings in the entertainment industry. He advises domestic and international financial institutions in their financing transactions with motion picture and television producers and distributors.
