Tiffany L. Anderson is an associate in Morgan Lewis's Labor and Employment Practice. Ms. Anderson focuses her practice on the representation of management in all aspects of employment litigation and labor relations, including lawsuits alleging discrimination on the basis of race, national origin, age, disability, pregnancy, or religion, and harassment and retaliation in violation of federal law, state statutes, and local ordinances. She also represents clients in wage and hour actions under the Fair Labor Standards Act.
Prior to joining Morgan Lewis, Ms. Anderson served as a law clerk to Judge Fred A. Hazouri of the Florida Fourth District Court of Appeal.
Ms. Anderson received her J.D., cum laude, from the University of Florida Levin College of Law in 2010, where she was editor-in-chief of the Journal of Law & Public Policy. She received her B.A., with honors, in political science and international economics from Vassar College in 2007.
Ms. Anderson is admitted to practice in Florida and before the U.S. District Courts for the Northern and Southern Districts of Florida.
