John M. Vassos is a partner in Morgan Lewis's Litigation Practice. Mr. Vassos has an extensive background in complex litigation with a particular emphasis on securities litigation and the representation of broker-dealers and their employees in governmental, self-regulatory organization, and state securities commission investigations and proceedings. He has represented clients in arbitrations, at trial in federal court and in the federal appellate courts.

Mr. Vassos also has litigated a variety of commercial cases involving issues of contracts, accounting, bankruptcy, intellectual property and the federal racketeering statute. In addition, Mr. Vassos has assisted clients in conducting internal practice reviews and investigations.

Mr. Vassos is admitted to practice in New York.
