Emily A. Glunz is an associate in Morgan Lewis's Labor and Employment Practice. Ms. Glunz represents and counsels management in a wide range of labor and employment issues, with a particular emphasis on complex employee benefit litigation brought under the Employee Retirement Income Security Act (ERISA).
Her ERISA litigation background includes class action lawsuits alleging breach of fiduciary duty, including alleged reporting and disclosure violations, in connection with employer securities, excessive fees, and retiree benefits. Ms. Glunz has also represented employers in individual matters arising under Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 and related federal and state employment laws.
Ms. Glunz earned her J.D., with honors, from the University of Chicago Law School in 2007 and her B.A., summa cum laude and with high distinction, in English from the University of Illinois in 2004.
Ms. Glunz is admitted to practice in Illinois and before the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Illinois.
