MaryJane Boswell is of counsel in Morgan Lewis's Intellectual Property Practice. Ms. Boswell focuses her practice on patent litigation and prosecution. She has prepared and prosecuted a wide range of patent applications in various technologies and products, including liquid crystal display (LCD) panels, semiconductor devices and fabrication methods, software, and business methods.
Ms. Boswell is a former investigative attorney with the Office of Unfair Import Investigations of the International Trade Commission, where she litigated patent-based unfair trade practice investigations under Section 1337 of Title 19. She is a former judicial law clerk to Judge John H. Moore II of the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Florida.
Ms. Boswell is admitted to practice in the District of Columbia and Florida and before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office.
