Carina Tan is an associate in Morgan Lewis's Intellectual Property Practice. Ms. Tan's practice focuses on intellectual property counseling, procurement, and enforcement of patents and trademarks. Her background in technologies including communication networks and devices, computer architecture, software and internet applications, semiconductor devices, and global positioning systems.
Ms. Tan received her J.D. from the University of California, Hastings College of the Law in 1996. Prior to attending law school, she was a research scientist at NASA, where she performed research in unsteady aerodynamics. Ms. Tan received her M.S. and B.S. in aerospace engineering from Georgia Institute of Technology in 1987 and 1985, respectively.
Ms. Tan is admitted to practice in California.
