Joshua W. Chang is an associate in Morgan Lewis's Intellectual Property Practice. Mr. Chang's practice focuses on intellectual property issues, including patents, trademarks, copyrights, and trade secrets. He regularly handles complex patent prosecution and patent strategy matters in a variety of technologies, including electrical engineering, computer systems, computer software, medical devices, and biotechnology. He also counsels clients on complex IP transactions and litigation matters.
Mr. Chang received his J.D. from Harvard Law School in 2010. Prior to attending law school, he worked as a systems design engineer for an international import company, and as a researcher for the organic electronics department at the University of California, Berkeley. Mr. Chang received his B.S. in electrical engineering and computer science from the University of California, Berkeley in 2005.
