Eyitayo “Tee” St. Matthew-Daniel is an associate in Morgan Lewis’s Antitrust Practice. We handle the most complex antitrust issues that affect clients in all industries and throughout the global economy. Our lawyers advise clients regarding mergers and other filings; obtain clearance from national and international competition authorities; defend clients in government, private investigations, or litigation; provide antitrust counseling and negotiate with competition agencies; and help ensure that clients’ business operations comply with—but are not unduly restrained by—applicable competition law requirements.
Prior to joining Morgan Lewis, Ms. St. Matthew-Daniel practiced in the Washington, D.C. and Brussels offices of a leading international law firm. She worked on behalf of major corporations from a wide range of industries on matters raising multijurisdictional antitrust and trade issues.
Ms. St. Matthew-Daniel has dealt extensively with gaining antitrust clearance for mergers and joint ventures, having prepared merger filings and other submissions to the European Commission and the national competition authorities of the European Community Member States, as well as the Chinese, South African, Brazilian, Argentine, and Russian authorities, among others.
Ms. St. Matthew-Daniel earned her LL.M. from Harvard Law School in 2005, where she was the Cambridge-Harvard Law Link Scholar. She earned her B.A., with first class honours, in law from Girton College, University of Cambridge in 2004.
Ms. St. Matthew-Daniel is admitted to practice in New York and in England and Wales as a Solicitor.
