Clay M. Carlton is an associate in Morgan Lewis's Litigation Practice. The lawyers in our Litigation Practice provide services in a wide range of areas including business and corporate disputes, corporate investigations and criminal defense, environmental, international arbitration, patent and trademark, securities, toxic tort, and product liability. Mr. Carlton focuses his practice on commercial litigation.

Mr. Carlton received his J.D., cum laude, from the University of Florida Levin College of Law in 2010, where he was inducted into the University of Florida Hall of Fame. Mr. Carlton was also a University of Florida Supreme Court Justice and served as the executive symposium editor of the Florida Law Review. Mr. Carlton received his B.S. in finance from the University of Florida in 2007, where he was selected as an honorable mention for Outstanding Undergraduate Male Leader and inducted into the Florida Blue Key Leadership Honorary.
